1.What can I do if Ebo fails to scan the QR code?

Please check the following steps:

    A. Make sure Ebo S can only be connected to 2.4G WiFi

    B. Make sure that both Ebo and your smart phone are connected to the same WiFi

    C. Make sure you are inputting the correct WiFi name and password

    D. If none of them works, please follow the steps below to complete the pairing through the mobile hotspot:

  a) Long press the reset pin for more than 5 seconds

  b) Place Ebo on the dock for about 1 minute for complete reboot

  c) Connect your smartphone to a hotspot of another phone

  d) Type in the name and password of the hotspot

  e) Scan the QR code

  g) If it is paired successfully, please refer to the video to change the WiFi to room WiFi:

If there are any problems with the above operations, please take a video about the problem and send to support@enabot.com for us to determine what went wrong.

2. What can I do when the wheels get stuck?

First, please pull the track and look into the wheels to see whether there is anything stuck inside. You could clean the wheels with tweezers.

Second, please also try this:

If neither works, please send a video of the issue to support@enabot.com.

3. What can I do if the Ebo can’t get back to dock automatically?

Please try below steps for troubleshooting:

Upgrade the firmware of Ebo if it is not the latest one;

Clean the TOF part which is under the lens, the dust on TOF can influence the sensor inside.

Please check and make sure the wheels of Ebo are running smoothly with no issue.

If it doesn’t work, please send a video of the issue to support@enabot.com.

4. Why does the dock have a harsh sound when Ebo is in charging?

The sound is usually caused by the unstable connection for Ebo and dock copper part.

You could try to grind the copper part with a sandpaper or adjust the placement of Ebo to ensure they are well connected. Then check if the issue is resolved.

5. What can I do if the Ebo can’t drive straight?

When Ebo can’t drive straight, please disable the “Collision Avoidance” function on App if you have enabled it.

Then please check if the wheels of Ebo can run smoothly with no issue. If still issue after above troubleshooting, please contact us at e-mail support@enabot.com.

6. What can I do if my Ebo card shows “Lost connection”?

It may be caused by 2 reasons:

1. the WiFi connection is lost, either the robot or your phone.

2. the robot is running out of battery. Please put Ebo on dock for charging, and re-pair Ebo then check if it works.
